my co-worker (and friend) has been nagging me to blog for quite some time now, so this ones for him. here yah go mr. dusick:
I am currently feeling the itch (more like insatiable desire) to get tattooed - and start another big - multi-step process one at that. my right arm is really naked. after being introduced to john dyer baizley's art by my dude i would like to get one inspired by his work. beautiful yet slightly disturbing:
i wanted flowers but i couldn't figure out how to do it without looking like everyone elses tattoo's. i like the japanese style stuff that alot of people have but i like it more on them and couldnt imagine myself with something like that. but now i have found a way to do it differently.
now the only problem is i need to wait until summers over because i would a: like to be able to walk outside without the pain of a new tattoo in the hot sun. and b: would like to be able to swim. maybe in the end of august? that way i can save.
another topic:
i need a vacation. i have a crazy amount of PTO but no one to go with anywhere. no one else can get time off or afford to go anywhere. maybe i will just go to norway by myself. or copenhagen since its cheaper. i need to go all international on your ass and get the fux up out of minnesota for a while. maybe camping in grand teton national park. maybe a beach in maine? red wood forests? there are so many places i am dying to go to!
back to epic CSI marathon.
i wanna go to redwood :( and i wanna get tattoos.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I wanna go on a camp trip! (not in norway or copenhagen though, sorry). Maybe even a weekend thang, no PTO needed! But yeah i hear ya, i really am itchin' to git outta the country as well. Anyhooo, nice blog!
